What is the minimum order quantity for bulk purchases?
To qualify for our bulk pricing tier, a minimum of 50 units per style is required. For custom special parts or hardware, the minimum may vary based on the manufacturing complexity.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout for delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on your customs processing time.
Can I request samples before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer a sample program for most of our fashion components. You can order individual 'special parts' at a retail rate, which will be credited back to your account if you place a bulk order within 30 days.
What is your return policy for bulk fashion items?
We accept returns on defective or damaged goods within 15 days of receipt. Please note that for large bulk orders, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the items have been processed or customized.
Do you offer customization for hardware and fasteners?
Absolutely. Bulk & Special Parts specializes in bespoke fashion hardware. You can submit your technical drawings or brand logos through our 'Custom Request' portal for a personalized quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for high-value wholesale transactions. Net-30 payment terms are available for established corporate accounts upon credit approval.
